Boot Camp Bowls them Over!
The first Bowlers’ Clinic held in the ACT was conducted by members of the Bowls ACT Coaching Committee members, Ken Dowrick, Jack Kearslake and Patricia McKenna and Advanced Coach Bev Dowrick. The Clinic was conducted at Yowani Country Club on Sunday 12th June 2016 and was highly successful.
The Clinic was well attended and all participants applauded it as being worthwhile and relevant. They found the sessions on tactics, reading and building a head, and psychology most useful, and commented that the accompanying on-green exercises relating to these topics were most beneficial.
